Dimitar Berbatov's representative would want to discuss a move away from White Hart Lane for the Tottenham Hotspur forward should he receive an offer in the summer.
Emil Dantchev, Berbatov's agent, insists the 27-year-old is happy at Tottenham and said there has been no inquiries from other clubs, despite suggestions in Italy that AC Milan were preparing a bid.
"If there is any interest there has been no contact with his club," Dantchev said. "Milan is one of the biggest clubs in Europe and if there was interest we would discuss it with Dimitar.
"At the moment Dimitar is concentrating on doing his job with Tottenham. There is plenty of time until the transfer window."
Berbatov is thought to have two years remaining on his current deal after arriving from Bayer Leverkusen for the start of last season.
Juande Ramos, the Tottenham head coach, has described him as the best player not currently playing in the Champions League and earlier in the season valued him higher than the current British transfer record of £30million.
Berbatov has since helped Spurs end their nine-year trophy drought by defeating Chelsea in the Carling Cup final, with the Bulgaria striker scoring the equaliser.
Dantchev added: "He is happy but what I know from my 25 years in football is that if a player is happy somewhere, it does not mean he cannot be happy somewhere else."

Ironic really, Tottenham carping about one of their players being wanted by other teams.
Ian, Newcastle,
Who is this Dantchev and why does he not keep his mouth shut. All we hear is Dimitar might be happier elsewhere etc etc. I am fed up with him shooting his mouth off. All he wants is a nice big fat percentage of any transfer fee that Tottenham might get. In the end what are most agents about - money, money, money. I think the transfer window should apply to agents as well and they should only be allowed to come out from the woodwork and spout their mouths off during the official transfer window.
