The FIA have switched the venue in which they will consider McLaren's appeal against the decision not to penalise BMW and Williams in the final grand prix of the season.
The governing body's Court of Appeal were due to hear the case, which relates to a breach of fuel-temperature regulations, on Paris on Thursday but have switched to offices in Basinghall Street in the City.
Lewis Hamilton's team believe the BMW and Williams drivers should be stripped of the points they won at the race in Sao Paolo, which could potentially give the Briton the world title.
The likelihood of that, however, is slim as Hamilton will not automatically be promoted from his seventh-placed finish if the drivers in question who finished above him - Nico Rosberg, Robert Kubica and Nick Heidfeld - are stripped of their points.
Plus, there are instances in the past when drivers have lost points but kept their race result, the most high profile of which was in 1997 when Michael Schumacher was stripped of the title but retained his results for official records.
Kimi Raikkonen won the Formula One world title this year, beating Hamilton by just a point thanks to the Finnish driver's victory in Brazil. His employers at Ferrari are confident that Thursday's hearings will not affect his overall triumph.
“The rules consider that if any other car is punished, it doesn’t mean that others will get points given automatically," said Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, the Ferrari president.

You have to be very ambitious and "unattached" to reality to claim that a driver who lost 17 points in the last to races by stupid mistakes (being virtually the new and youngest WDC) is good enough to become WDC in the offices. Plus, there is not need to give him the points taken off to others if finally W and BMW are penalised. If ML gets what they want LH would be the most pathetic WDC in history. "Manda huevos", as we Spanish use to say... There is not translation--as far as I know.
