In the sixth episode of Josh Lewsey's Video Diary, the England wing is remaining positive despite injury preventing him from playing in the World Cup final against South Africa on Saturday.

Lewsey describes the incredible atmosphere during the semi-final with France, his first-minute try to give England a lift and the horrible moment he felt his hamstring go.

The Wasps star says that England are the underdogs for the final against a formidable Springboks unit, but that Brian Ashton's men are capable of coming up on the rails again to cause a surprise.

Lewsey maintains his sense of humour by displaying his latest footwear - crocs with socks - and explaining his relief at being able to remove his designer stubble. He predicts a close shave in Paris.
