Times Walks: which is the best-read ramble?

Is it Cumbria or Cornwall, Oxford or Exmoor? Plus, vote in our poll and email us your favourite UK walk

At the weekend, we published Times Walks: our first selection of 20 brilliant rambles in the UK written by columnists including Matthew Hoggard, Simon Barnes, Libby Purves and David Aaronovitch.

They have been well received, with the Times Walks special section and its features receiving more than 100,000 clicks.

As of today, the best-read walk is the Oxford Waterways, followed Seathwaite to Scafell Pike in popularity. Take a read of our 20 great rambles, see if you agree - and let us know what you think

One of my fondest memories of Derbyshire is walking Lathkill Dale, and a pint at The Hobbit. Here, I enjoy the old Princetown railway walk. There are many fine walks on Dartmoor, one just as special as the next. Eyelsbarrow to Princetown is another - Jennifer Hynes, Plymouth

Don't forget a great afternoon or full day on the Malverns, a ridge with great views along/behind you, plus Welsh and English counties to west and east respectively (walking south to north). Great access to Great Malvern or Malvern Link by train from Cardiff, Birmingham, Bristol, even London - James, Bristol
