2. Closing date for entries is November 10, 2009.
3. Unless otherwise stated, the competition is open to all residents of the
UK and ROI aged 18 or over, except employees of Times Newspapers Limited

4. Entry limited to one per person. The winner is responsible for ensuring
they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these

9. Prize: 7 nights at The Hilton in Malta flying Business Class from London
Gatwick.The prize must be taken by 30 June 2010, excluding summer holidays
(July-August), Easter, Christmas, New Year and school half terms.
Accommodation and flights are subject to availability. Airport tax and
Travel Insurance are not included. Prize is not transferable and there is no
cash alternative. Drinks are not included. Prize must be booked at least one
month before the dates of travel, and includes transfers to and from the
resort; London transfers are not included. If travelling from Ireland travel
to London is not included.
10. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is
not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for

11. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before

12. The judge's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No
