My husband was diagnosed with bowel cancer 35 days before we were due to travel to India. We tried to cancel our £1285 BA flights. We were informed that our tickets are non refundable! This is outreageus! Yes we are insured- no wonder insurance is so high. Why is BA allowed to behave like this?
